What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer calls to assist with parts information for dealerships and auto manufacturer employees
- Locate parts in an online catalog and place part orders
- Research and learn new auto parts to stay current in the industry
- Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
- Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work shifts within the center's hours of operation
- Ohio resident with high-speed internet access and a secluded work environment
- Outstanding car/auto parts knowledge and computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a car enthusiast or auto retail specialist
- Mechanical experience with car, truck, or SUV parts
