      We're looking for the next generation of talent – innovative students just like you – for our 10-week internship program that will run June 3, 2024 – August 9, 2024. We want every member of our team to not only work hard but have fun while doing so. Here, you'll be working with a successful, stable company that is a market leader in innovative financial services technology.

      You will have the opportunity to partner with the industry’s best talent to produce highly visible results that impact the business and our customers. You will receive on the job training through mentorship and hands-on learning experiences.

      This role will require the chosen candidate to work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. The pay is $22.00/hourly (benefits are not included). This position can be worked remotely out of the United States.

      What You’ll Be Responsible For:
      • Meeting with internal and external customers to understand their business need/challenge.
      • Documenting current and future states of the process in preparation for the introduction of an automation solution.
      • Working with technical team to architect, develop and implement automation solution.
      What You’ll Need to Have:
      • Must have at a minimum a bachelor’s degree graduation date between December 2024-May 2026.
      • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business.
      • Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship with minimum absences.
      • Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time without any sponsorship.

      What Would Be Nice for You Have:
      • Basic understanding of Process improvement methods such as Scientific Thinking and the Improvement Kata, Lean and Six Sigma.
      • Basic Understanding of Process Automation.
      • Any exposure to automation or process mining solutions. (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Blue Prism, Celonis or FortessIQ).
      • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
      • Basic understanding of the FinTech industry and operational functions/processes in financial service businesses.
