What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level I and Level II technical support for hardware and software issues
- Perform proactive service support activities to maintain system performance
- Develop recommendations and implement solutions for service support requests
- Prepare and execute training events to improve customer self-sufficiency
- Partner with sales teams to develop account-specific strategies and achieve revenue goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with laboratory instrumentation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience interfacing with customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering
- Experience as a Medical Technician
