      The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

      As a Digital Collision Customer Leader, you will be a part of a team developing the transition from a ‘product-centric’ sales organization to a digital-forward consultative selling organization. You will be leading the development of the internal sales organization to lead the commercialization and implementation of the new 3M RepairStack™ Performance Solutions platform, which addresses the top priorities for collision repair shop customers, enhances 3M channel partners’ cost-to-serve model, and ultimately contribute to 3M’s ongoing service of allied materials required to make safer repairs.

      This role will be highly cross-functional and will require prioritization, execution, and a high level of collaboration to deliver results. In collaboration with the business, application engineering, 3M Design, and R&D software development team members, you will play a critical role in architecting, leading, developing & advancing the go-to market execution of the Safety & Industrial Business Groups #1 priority Digital Platform, and the development of tools and resources which will lift our entire sales organization.


      As an AAD Digital Collision Customer Leader , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

      • Lead implementation of new 3M RepairStack™ Digital Performance Solutions across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the U.S. Automotive Aftermarket Division
      • Bring consultative approach to collision repair shop owners by maximizing profits utilizing data from RepairStack™ and creating mutual goals for improvement.
      • Implement sales programs, plans, trainings, and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
      • Lead Midwest Zone to achieve 2023 and beyond RepairStack ‘Goals’ for New Agreements and Installations, tracked and delivered through Salesforce.com campaign.
      • Deliver utilization goal of at least 3x the customers software subscription investment
      • Support and execute all Regional MSO and independent implementations with End-User Key Account Managers and Collision Customer Specialists.
      • Lead the development of Channel and Regional Distribution Leaders through RepairStack™ focused initiatives, which deliver mutual shop targets (CCS will execute).

      Company Vehicle

      This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

      Your Skills and Expertise
      To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

      • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start)
      • Three (3) years of Sales, Management, or Technician experience within the automotive aftermarket industry in a private, public, government or military environment
      • Current, valid Driver’s License.

      Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

      • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
      • Financial acumen
      • Technical or Insurance expertise in the Automotive and/or Collision industry
      • Relationship builder with a competitive nature
      • Well organized, self-starter
      • Time and territory management
      • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Microsoft suite of software products

      Work location:

      • Remote Based on Midwest zone

      Travel: May include up to 75% domestic

      Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
