      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Store Manager on store operations and decisions, including hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees
      - Support automotive technicians in maintaining a productive sales environment by training and developing teammates
      - Assist with employee scheduling, timecard completion, and work assignment
      - Perform automotive technician duties when needed
      - Attend meetings and clinics to stay updated on tools, parts, and repairs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of automotive and sales experience
      - Valid Driver License
      - Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
      - Excellent communication skills and basic algebra proficiency
      - Guest and team-focused mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Automotive State Inspector License
      - ASE Automotive Certifications
      - Proven Automotive or Automotive Quick Lube sales experience
      - Leadership experience
