What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle account-related tasks including resolution, payment processing, and website assistance
- Manage ACH transactions promptly and accurately
- Provide clear and accurate payoff quotes to consumers and dealers
- Update account details by adding or removing signers and beneficiaries
- Engage in soft collections for accounts 45 days past due, helping clients achieve their objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Required collections licensing with multiple states, fully paid by the employer
- At least one (1) year of experience in a high-volume contact center environment
- Proven experience working remotely with a reliable internet connection
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with management and team members
