      Role Profile

      Eastman Chemical, a Fortune 500 company, is looking for experienced window tint and paint protection film installers to support nationwide growth initiatives. As the leading film manufacturer and supplier in the industry, we have access to more vehicles through national contracts, new products, and opportunities through our LLumar® and SunTek® brands. Average salary plus benefits of $68,000, and with no cap on commissions, experienced installers can earn up to $110,000+ annually.

      Responsibilities

      • Providing quality automotive window film installation per Eastman’s best practices
      • Developing expertise in installation and leveraging CORE software / pattern database to complete more jobs in less time without sacrificing quality
      • Engaging with key dealership personnel to understand needs and ensure customer satisfaction
      • Assisting with on-the-job training for new installers as needed
      • Collaborating with supervisors and training team to develop better training methods and processes

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma is required
      • Ability to consult and collaborate with key stakeholders
      • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer needs
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
