      Position Overview:

      The Finance/Sales Manager is a key player in our sales team, leading the way in creating exceptional customer experiences and shaping customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for leading, training, coaching, developing, and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store, driving a high level of performance among the sales team to increase market share, and achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins. In addition, the Finance/Sales Manager ensures that the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross objectives daily, monthly, and yearly, and is also responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers.

      • You enjoy coaching and are enthusiastic when working with the sales team on the enforcement of proper selling methods
      • You are passionate about engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
      • You foster relationships and teamwork throughout the dealership
      • You have a sense of urgency and understand the importance of maintaining monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores
      • You are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic

      Essential Functions:

      • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
      • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit it to the accounting department promptly
      • Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
      • Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
      • Set and maintain finance department work schedule.

      Requirements:

      • At least 18 years of age.
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
      • Authorized to work in the United States.
      • Prior automotive experience
