What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Interactive Distance Learning (PC based) and Instructor Led Training courses
- Conduct training sessions for Service Technicians in a training center setting
- Stay current with technology advancements through independent study
- Utilize highly technical diagnostic equipment for automotive systems troubleshooting
- Work well with customers and co-workers in a team environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of automotive technician experience
- Strong knowledge of intricate automotive systems
- Advanced automotive systems diagnostic skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet use
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of automotive instructor experience
- Previous Mazda dealership experience
- OEM Master Technician Certification (domestic or import)
- ASE Certifications
