What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted via phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review repair proposals to ensure services align with manufacturer requirements and negotiate appropriate pricing
- Create and issue purchase orders while applying warranty considerations and following operating procedures
- Contact clients to provide repair recommendations, explain procedures, and secure approval
- Advise internal business partners on repair recommendations and associated costs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding counties
- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience
- Minimum of six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
