What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted via phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review repair proposals to ensure services align with manufacturer requirements and appropriate pricing
- Negotiate pricing and warranty applications while issuing purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Communicate with clients to explain proposed repair procedures and obtain approval
- Recommend service locations and repair options to clients and internal business partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding Texas counties
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
