What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide automotive technical support and advice to clients and vendors
- Review repair orders and negotiate for proper service intervals and pricing
- Contact clients to explain repair recommendations and gain approval
- Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients
- Assess and apply proper warranty applications and create purchase orders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in Tulsa, OK area or surrounding Oklahoma counties
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
- Flexibility in work schedule
