      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
      - Review proposals to ensure services are performed according to manufacturer specifications and appropriate pricing
      - Negotiate pricing and warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders
      - Communicate with clients to provide recommendations and gain approval for repairs
      - Suggest appropriate service locations for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Six (6) months of customer service experience required
      - Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
      - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Must have the ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
      - ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
      - Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
