What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Repair equipment using appropriate tools to meet company standards
- Follow work-order directions efficiently and perform tasks in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve operating errors effectively
- Communicate issues clearly and professionally in various situations
- Participate in ongoing training on equipment and assist team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Willingness to engage in continuous education regarding company equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive role
- Additional certifications related to vehicle repair or maintenance
