      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise and guidance in Electric Vehicle (EV) and Battery Manufacturing processes
      - Develop proposals and execution strategies for manufacturing facilities
      - Lead front-end designs, including scope development, conceptual design, and specification development
      - Mentor and train colleagues on current technologies and best practices
      - Ensure project deliverables are met for your discipline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant professional experience
      - Experience in Process Design, Process Improvement, or Operations within the battery manufacturing supply chain
      - Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the Electric Vehicle, Battery Cell, and/or Battery Materials industry
      - Familiarity with utility systems and design software
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the Electric Vehicle, Battery Cell, and/or Battery Materials Manufacturing industry
