What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to dealers and wholesale parts distributors
- Utilize computer skills to identify, order, and locate vehicle parts
- Track shipments and check availability of parts
- Escalate cases to Liaison and Team Leads as necessary
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or similar environment
- Computer, typing, and phone skills
- Ability to speak and type effectively at the same time
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree in a relevant or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
