What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert on LEAN service concepts for dealership management and staff
- Lead the implementation of LEAN initiatives at participating dealerships
- Develop and communicate action plans to meet implementation timelines
- Provide training and support to dealership service teams to ensure successful adoption of LEAN principles
- Analyze dealership financials and operational assessments to create improvement plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in dealership roles, including service management or fixed operations consulting
- At least 1-2 years of direct dealership consulting and/or training experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficiency with dealer management systems and PC applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Dealership Technician with certifications
- Background as a former Technical Trainer
- Familiarity with LEAN Management principles
- Proven ability to analyze data for operational improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced dealership environment
