Identify Target Market Opportunities: Identify agencies & dealerships within the Division that meet minimum client requirements for enrollment in RA product relationships.
Generate New Leads: Solicit Target Market agencies & dealerships in a manner that results in a Bonafide appointment with agent and or dealer operator/decision maker to present AS products and services.
Conduct Sales Presentations: Plan, prepare, organize, and conduct sales presentations with target agents and dealers that support the business practices and policies of AS
Close New Business per Plan: Acquire and launch new relationships as specified per annual Division business objectives.
Cross Sell New Product Relationships: Present, sell and launch applicable AS products not currently offered by existing clients.
Agent Expansion: Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to grow agent expansion.
Lead and Direct Field Activities: Manage processes and initiatives associated with accomplishing the goals of the client and the corporation.
Identify Performance and Systemic Problems: Isolate and resolve discrepancies in agent and/or client performance and process determined to be detrimental to the solicitation, sale and desired profit margins related to RA products.
Implement Performance Standards: Establish minimum performance standards consistent with the marketplace and ensure methods of accountability and measurability to document results.
Conduct Meetings: Organize, plan and conduct meetings as required with agents and clients to promote communication and foster a positive business relationship.
Oversee State Licensing Requirements: Ensure self, Division agents and client management holds appropriate license in accordance with applicable state law.
Oversee and Maintain Reporting Requirements: Ensure timeliness, accuracy and communication with regard to all required reporting.
Maintain Compliant Business Practices: Ensure ethical and compliant business practices among Division staff and client dealerships.
At least 10 years of Retail Automotive Experience in Sales and F&I
5 or more years of Automotive Agent Networking and Development
Agent Contacts and Relationships
Experience working directly at Automotive Agencies
Product Participation Programs (reinsurance)
BA or BS Degree
Outside Sales experience with aftermarket products directed to Auto Industry preferred
General office demands
Up to 50% travel
Responsible for generating new business for Global Automotive specifically for the performance of agencies through planning, organizing, conducting, and managing of activities associated with increasing product penetration in existing relationships and acquiring new client business in the assigned Division.

Pay Range:
$119,600.00 - $199,800.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
