What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their vehicle needs
- Utilize knowledge of the inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicle options
- Support customers throughout the purchasing journey, from online sales to vehicle delivery
- Ensure a smooth transition from online inquiries to in-store purchasing experiences
- Mentor team members as you develop your skills and achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach
- High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role within the automotive industry
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
