What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advice and guidance on repair orders from external partners by phone and email
- Review proposals and ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed
- Negotiate changes to order pricing and apply warranty and post-warranty applications
- Analyze clients' needs and create solutions, contacting clients for approval
- Field calls from drivers and suggest cost-effective service locations for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding Texas counties
- Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Two (2) years automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
