      As a member of our Automotive Systems Division, the Service Analyst will oversee the transition between series production to the service environment for both finished goods and component level. This role is key to ensure continuity of building ability for the remaining life cycle of the service contractual obligations. Promote optimization of manufacturing runs at the right cost-quantity-quality while maintaining profitability at expected rates. System maintenance is also required for data entry and periodic clean-up activities. You will be expected to work with Internal teams including account managers, program development managers, supply chain planners, quality, change management and finance team; and externally with our customers’ purchasing and accounts payable departments.


      Your Responsibilities will include

      • Manage End of production transition into Aftersales/Service.
      • Inventory analysis and forecasting projections.
      • Manage Customer Orders.
      • Negotiate Price increases to ensure optimal margins are met.
      • Create Service KPI’s Metrics and Reports.
      • On-Boarding new & Maintaining Current OEM service accounts
      • Credit risk line extension, account receivable engagement, EDI parameters, sold-to / ship-to partner set up and Customer Specific Requirements disbursement.
      • Quarterly parameter reviews such as EOP date, pricing, Active/Inactive and change management breakpoint implementations.
      • Support Accounts Receivables reconciliation for timely cash collection.

      Skills

      • Quantitative and analytics skill set required.
      • Proficient with computer software –experience with Excel required, advanced preferred.
      • 2yrs minimum related experience required.
      • Change management experienced preferred.
      • SAP knowledge preferred.
      • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required.

      • Strong written and verbal communication
      • Attention to detail, organization, continuous improvement, problem solving, prioritization and time management.

      Education

      BA/BS in business preferred, engineering or technical background helpful.
