Guide and motivate service providers to support their key performance metrics, business practices, driver training and conduct, and all other operational issues
Supervise the independent contract stations in an assigned territory through regular station visits
Inspect and evaluate station locations, verifying that facilities, equipment, and drivers’ appearances comply with AAA policies
Investigate, document, and resolve member and customer service issues
Ensure consistent availability of station coverage
Prepare proposals recommending expansion or reduction of station call volumes as needed
Work with Receive and Dispatch departments to resolve member and provider concerns and hone best practices
3-5 years of roadside assistance, vendor relations management, or relevant sales experience
Prior experience developing recommendations and proposals, as well as successful negotiations and complaint resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
General management, organizational and time management skills
Must be comfortable commuting – 90% of travel within own region and 10% out of state
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
Experience managing large external vendor relationships, including management of work teams
Demonstrated knowledge of the towing industry and mechanical aptitude
Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
Automotive Services Field SupervisorThe Contract Station Relations Supervisor provides field management support to the independent contract stations (tow stations) powering our Emergency Road Service (ERS) department. You will focus on relationship building and effective communication to coach, tutor and mentor our business practices. A successful Supervisor ensures the stable delivery of “Totally Satisfied” roadside assistance to AAA members and customers.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$74,000.00 - $98,600.00Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
