      Job Requirements

      KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

      • Bachelor degree/Diploma in Business or engineering preferred.

      • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in automotive manufacturing – sales, purchasing, quality or production field,

      • Must be familiar with a clear understanding/exposure - on the sales cycle from OEM’s to Tier 1’s – Quotation processes, Response with details like part cost, tooling cost, capital investments, packaging and other standard requirements with global OEM’s
      • Exposure to Auto CAD – Catia V5 to collect design inputs like BOM, coating/surface protection details for parts, etc is preferred
      • Should be familiar with how OEM’s conduct business with Tier 1 suppliers – processes, customer and supplier portals, exposure to customer systems would be added advantage
      • Good understanding of component cost structures, Tooling cost structures

      • proficient with Microsoft Office Products to analyze data and trends, prepare written correspondence and presentations

      • organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.

      • ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

      • High level of commitment, sound judgment, great follow-through, and initiative

      • Capable of meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professional demeanor.

      • A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to be proactive, to work independently of day-to-day supervision.
