- Provide timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations
- Offer expert help to service technicians with vehicle issues
- Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology and teach others
- Work a Monday through Friday schedule from the comfort of home
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain, and/or infotainment systems
- Two ASE certifications
- Able to use electronic service manuals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Electric vehicle (EV) experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Typing skills
