      Compensation includes a base salary of $58,400.00 - $87,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      The AV Systems Administrator provisions and maintains AV technologies on the Atlanta Campus. The AV Systems Administrator installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, network and audio-visual technologies, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight. The AV Systems Administrator exhibits excellent customer service and communication skills in all interactions.

      General Responsibilities

      • Provide a wide array of AV services for the corporate campus and other locations across the city

      • Technical support of advanced presentation technology systems and methods within the Central Park Campus

      • Clients include, but are not limited to, company employees and contractors ranging from administrative staff to top executives.

      • Standard work environment is the Central Park campus but may extend to other locations in the Atlanta area.

      • Demonstrate the highest standards of customer service at all times in terms of client demeanor and services, creativity, and performance.

      • Response to service & maintenance calls as assigned; Can work alone with minimum supervision to complete an assigned task

      Specific Duties

      • Function as a team member within the IBT TME department at the daily direction of and reporting to the AV Services Manager.

      • Planning and integration of custom AV systems for executives, training facilities, and meeting spaces

      • Provide monitoring of AppSpace and Codeco software.

      • Enterprise Videoconference technical support in a variety of shared meeting rooms and event environments

      • Support fellow AV staff, vendor, and contract personnel in the delivery of audio-visual technology throughout the corporate campus.

      • Support over 350 AV systems; 400-seat, 300-seat and 100-seat event ballrooms; 200-seat Rotunda event space, outdoor live event space and the Cox Discovery Center.

      • Provide strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects; effective written communication skills; operational knowledge of computers, AV equipment, electronic communications, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software; and knowledge of system inventory controls and procedures.

      • Facilitate the rapid resolution of audio-visual technical issues.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years’ experience in a related field

      • 1-3 years of AV/Desktop experience

      • Basic experience with AV systems integration and service

      • Basic knowledge of the corporate environment and the ability to work with corporate clients

      • Ability to gain an AVIXA CTS-I certification within 12 months of hire date

      • Basic knowledge of video recording, digital audio-video formatting, conversion, and encoding

      • Ability to work from a ladder and the ability to lift 35lbs
