What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Successfully manage a territory consisting of diverse customers across various markets by providing solutions and implementing sales strategies to optimize sales revenue growth and gross profits
- Prospect and establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers
- Expand the employer's role with existing customers by developing retention strategies
- Sell consultatively, detailing products, determining customer needs and requirements, and making recommendations
- Build and sustain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree within sciences or equivalent, or applicable experience required
- 3-5 years of experience working in a complex, dynamic sales environment
- Business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Excellent people skills in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a laboratory or research environment
- Experience with distribution sales
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Qlikview
- Previous experience in a scientific background
- Holder of a valid Driver's License in good standing
