      Job Description
      Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
      a. Configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system
      b. Experience with Avaya tools: CMS supervisor.

      Roles & Responsibilities
      a. Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system
      b. Experience in in enterprise telephony and contact centers and unified systems
      c. Experience with Avaya tools : CMS supervisor.
      d. Perform regular system analysis and optimizations of existing IVR apps
      e. Conduct code reviews and testing and document all project phases
      f. Experience in programming language (C# .Net) and DB (sql server/oracle etc.)
      g. knowledges in Avaya orchestration and other related technologies.
      h. Knowledges of telecom protocols such as SIP
      i. Telecom experience is required for this role
      Generic Managerial Skills, If any
      • Technical lead.
      • Team management
      • Engagement with the customer business team•
