Role Aveva MES-Solution Architect

Required Technical Skill Set

• Manufacturing domain experience to Continuous, Batch, Discrete and Hybrid processes.

• Understands the IT and OT technology landscapes and IT-OT integration methodologies

• Adept on design and development of system layouts and architectures, which depicts the integration of different assets deployed at Enterprise, Operation, Controls & Automation and field level

• Understanding of ISA-95 standard and Purdue model

• Design, Development experience on Aveva (Wonderware) MES, especially Operation, Quality and Performance modules manufacturing

• Brief understanding of different functionalities covered in Wonderware MES and able to map the functional requirements in MES modules

• Experience of MES solution blueprinting, Discovery study at client site, UX design and wireframes

• Can handle the team of MES software developer, understand and involve in project execution tasks, Customer counterparts communications and meetings

• AVEVA Certified Support Provider for Wonderware MES technology, System platform, InBatch, Historian will be plus

• Can independently develop the project documents like Software requirements and functional specifications

Must-Have Aveva (Wonderware) MES, Historian, System Platform experience

Good-to-Have IIoT technology knowledge, Device integration, OT Networking, OPC UA/DA

• MES solution architect for Aveva (Wonderware) suite

• Lead customer engagement during pre-study assessments and workshops

• Develop and guide team for Solution blueprinting, Develop wireframes

• Decision making on different interface/integration adoption among the assets

• Start to end handling of MES software development, implementation and support life cycle

• Software and functional specification documentation, project execution documentation

• Lead PoC development, FAT and SAT, Software testing

• Client facing skills for successful delivery of the project
