      Lead A&P Mechanic – Aviation Maintenance Team Supervisor

      Location: Denver International Airport

      Pay/Hours

      • $45-$55/hr
      • 40 hours per week
      • Overtime possible

      Summary

      Seeking an experienced Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) licensed mechanic for a hands-on leadership role overseeing aviation maintenance projects. The Lead Mechanic will supervise teams of 2–7 technicians, ensuring timely project completion and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, technically proficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead maintenance teams across various aircraft repair and inspection tasks
      • Coordinate and prioritize projects to meet operational goals
      • Conduct maintenance and alterations per manufacturer instructions, service bulletins, and FAA-approved data
      • Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance records in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations
      • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostics for mechanical, structural, and electrical systems
      • Operate hand and power tools for repairs, fabrication, and adjustments

      Preferred Experience

      • Familiarity with Embraer aircraft and systems
      • Completion of Gen Fam courses
      • Prior experience under Part 121 or Part 135 operations

      Skills and Qualifications

      • Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – required
      • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
      • U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization
      • Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and documentation
      • Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and technical schematics
      • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
