  Avionics Technician – Bentonville, AR.

  Description:

  • Avionics Technicians will be performing avionics troubleshooting, installs, repairs, maintenance and modifications to the avionics and electrical systems for KC-135 aircraft. Modifications will consist of upgrades to Radar Package, Communications / Comm Sec equipment, and possibly other upgrades.
    • Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs aircraft avionics and electrical system components in accordance with testing, engineering, maintenance and installation directives.
    • Performs aircraft maintenance, repair, modification, installation, and testing tasks.
    • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, and maintains various types of complex aircraft equipment, components, devices, or systems.

  Pay:

  • $36-$40
  • Per diem available for non-local candidates.

  Placement Details:

  • 6 month contract to hire.
  • No tools/license required.
  • Working in hangar and some on flightline.
  • Mostly inside/not exposed to elements but is a non-climate-controlled hangar.

  Shift:

  • Must be open to 1st shift
  • Overtime could be involved

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
