What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance call center performance
- Oversee day-to-day call center activities, including workforce planning
- Monitor call center interactions to maintain high-quality service
- Evaluate call center technologies and tools for productivity enhancement
- Work closely with Medicare program managers and compliance officers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferred)
- 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and policies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience managing a large-scale call center with remote staffing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in improving CTM performance and driving Customer Satisfaction Improvement
