Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Corp Actions & NDAs
Wilmington, DEAs a Barclays Corporate Actions & NDAs, you will have an exciting chance to be leading and monitoring queue of high-volume notifications of sensitive market activity in a time sensitive manner for the Par and Distressed Trading Desks. You will be in charge of managing, monitoring, and responding to incoming requests for Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs) from internal and external clients. Preparing and reviewing legal agreements for NDA processing whilst working closely with internal and external client stakeholders.

What will you be doing?
• Receiving and reviewing notifications from leading documentation repositories concerning market activity
• Coordinating with the front office colleagues, legal, and trading desk partners for processing and deliverables
• Working with external clients, agents, and internal closing colleagues for market solicitations and post transaction processing
• Processing and reconciling fees and transactional data for PNL and MIS Reporting
• Drafting and reviewing LSTA Par/Distressed trade documents
• Monitoring and mitigating areas of risk by ensuring all procedures and controls are strictly adhered to
• Receiving and reviewing requests from front office colleagues and sales desk partners with regard to data site access for potential clients
• Understanding Primary Systems: ACBS, ClearPar, LoanConX, MarkitClear (formerly WSO), Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we’re looking for:
• Over one year experience in banking, financial, or legal services
• Ability to balance competing priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Excellent organization and communication skillsSkills that will help you in the role:
• Knowledge and experience working in syndicated loan operations
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite and software (particularly Excel and Outlook)
