      Dot Net - Lead

      Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai

      Department: Technology

      Vacancy Type: Permanent

      Job Shift: 12PM IST – 9PM IST

      Job Description for Dot Net Developer:

      • At least 9-15 years of experience in developing web applications/products using Microsoft .NET framework.
      • Must have experience in guiding and mentoring the team members
      • Knowledge of 3rd party framework/tools integrations
      • Should have knowledge of JS-based UI frameworks like React or Angular
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS concepts.
      • Knowledge of reporting and BI tools will be a big plus.
      • Knowledge of No-SQL such as Mongo DB is a big plus.
      • Experience with design patterns and principles.
      • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members. Setting up their goals and evaluating the performance of the team members.
      • Knowledge of agile scrum methodology and prior experience working in product development.
      • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
      • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Help hire, inspire and motivate team members.
      • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

      Technical Skills - Strong experience designing and developing web applications using .NET Core or .NET 5+, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API. Strong programming skills with these technologies.
