Understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer-provider dynamics, regulations, and emerging trends.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data visualization tools .

Strong communication skills and experience working with C-suite executives.

IKS Health is seeking passionate, strategic and entrepreneurial candidates for the role. The AVP, Financial Analytics – CEO’s Office will play a critical role in supporting high-impact strategic initiatives, deal analysis, and market intelligence for a leading healthcare solutions company. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector. The AVP/Analyst will work closely with the CEO’s office to evaluate new business opportunities, conduct secondary market research, and assess the cost-benefit dynamics of strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape business strategy and drive impactful decisions at the highest level of the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Deal Analysis & Financial Modeling
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
- Assess risks, returns, and financial impact to support executive decision-making.
Secondary Market Research & Competitive Mapping
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights on emerging healthcare solutions, regulatory changes, and business opportunities.
Strategic Cost-Benefit Analysis
- Evaluate the financial and operational impact of key strategic initiatives.
- Support the CEO’s office in optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
Executive Support & Strategic Planning
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop business cases and presentations for board meetings and investor discussions.
- Provide data-backed insights to shape strategic initiatives.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $130k-$170k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
