  Come join us on our journey to serve our customers and be the leader in our industry! We are currently looking for an AVP, Foreclosure to join our team.

  The AVP, Foreclosure must be able to lead a team to perform foreclosure processes on loans and meet department goals. They must be able to use MSP and LPS Desktop loan management systems. He or she will have a background in foreclosure, debt collection, or residential mortgage law, be detail oriented, resourceful, diligent and organized, and have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to prioritize work for the team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. The candidate must be able to identify and implement process changes to improve quality and productivity.

  What you will do for Fay:

  • Lead the Foreclosure Team and process
  • Monitor Foreclosure timelines on mortgage loan files
  • Allocate and Monitor Work:
    • Utilize MSP and LPS Desktop servicing platforms to manage foreclosure timelines, timely completion of required tasks on loans, and accuracy of status information
    • Distribute work across teams and assess capacity
    • Monitor timely referrals to outside counsel and monitor attorney performance on timelines and milestones
    • Ensure all loans are handled in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Investor guidelines, and state laws
  • Staff Management and Training:
    • Develop and implement goals for the team and set goals with team members
    • Supervise staff and monitor their performance against standards
    • Train team members
    • Complete and administer performance reviews, development plans, and corrective actions
  • Measure Productivity and Quality:
    • Develop and improve processes for efficiency and quality
    • Establish metrics for performance against productivity and quality goals
  • Business and Technical Knowledge:
    • Have the ability to analyze issues, discover root causes, and communicate solutions to senior management

  What you will bring to Fay:

  • High school diploma; GED required
  • At least 5 years of experience with Foreclosure litigation support
  • At least 5 years of experience using LPS desktop and/or MSP
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Organized and excellent time management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand and complete mortgage calculations related to bankruptcy
  • Possess knowledge of payment histories, audit of financial information, and mortgage documents including collateral
  • Proficiency with LPS Desktop, MSP, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Excel
