  AVP Operation Resilience
  Whippany, NJ

  As an AVP-Operation Resilience, you will be responsible for providing input into and managing the Fraud Operational resilience plans within the Chief Operations Office (COO). You will take accountability for the design and effective execution of the resilience programme across Fraud Operations and Strategy and prove the effectiveness and robustness of the programme.

  What will you be doing?

  • Defining business services and associated fraud processes
  • Ensuring that plans are robust and challenged by the process owners
  • Defining dependencies as they relate to workforce and people for each enterprise process
  • Ensuring that resilience plans are maintained according to business changes or new processes
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing strategic direction and to influence those outside direct management responsibility

  What we’re looking for:

  • An excellent knowledge of resilience and associated governance, risk and control.
  • Good organisation, planning and project management abilities to manage resilience and drive to conclusion
  • Excellent communication skills with well-developed report writing skills and presentation skills

  Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Strong knowledge of Fraud (including Fraud Strategy and Analytics) within a major financial institution and prior experience with resilience
  • Operational resilience, disaster recovery, Internal Audit, Operational Risk management or a related discipline in the financial services industry
