      Lead Project Manager IT
      The Program and Project Management job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
      • Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
      • Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
      • Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
      • Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
      • Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
      • Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

      • Bachelor's Degree Required

      • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

      Required Skill:

      • 5+ years of Project management experience leading a cross functional team.
      • Experience leading technical delivery of larger scale enterprise projects managing project resources while maintaining project budgets and timelines.
      • Experience managing data and cloud based projects.
      • Understanding of trading processes across the full trade lifecycle within a buyside asset management organization.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Use analytical skills and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience
      • Support the equities and fixed income teams to ensure in the identification of technical problems, and devise solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
      • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with design, analytics, engagement, project management, and engineering
      • Assists in coordinating communications, escalates and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the trade life cycle initiatives
      • Utilizes relevant reporting tools to report on and analyze key metrics
      • Support reporting activities associated with rapid and iterative development

      Base Pay Range: $101,700/yr. - $155,400/yr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
