      Team Overview: The Markets Operations Futures & Derivative Clearing Transformation Team is responsible for managing a project portfolio for Equities Middle Office, Futures & Clearing and Prime Brokerage Operations. The Team is accountable for execution of critical and large scale transformation aligned to our Target Operating Model. The portfolio consists of new business, regulatory, risk & control and scale related projects.

      This role supports the Futures Derivatives Clearing book of work. The role will work in close partnership with Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Business

      Responsibilities:

      • Deliver on the organizational transformation book of work of Strategic, Regulatory and Mandatory initiatives
      • Program governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, scope, benefits gathering and risks and issues monitoring
      • Business requirement writing and refinement
      • Co-ordination of quality assurance and testing, including issue tracking and resolution
      • Close stakeholder partnership on business priorities, problem statement definition and project measures of success
      • Contribute to driving an innovative and continuous improvement culture within Market Ops

      Qualifications:

      • 5-10 years of project delivery experience in a fast paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations organization
      • PMP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus.
      • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
      • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
      • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
      • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
      • Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.
      • Proficient in MS Office applications
      • Stays abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
      • ETD and/or OTC Clearing knowledge and/or Operations background highly beneficial
      • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall
      • Strong communication skills Technical skills including JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is high beneficial

      • Bachelor’s/University degree
