      We are currently in search of a skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President of Sales Enablement who will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue generation for Chubb Commercial Insurance. This position will be responsible for defining and executing sales-related initiatives in collaboration with field leadership, UW managers, line underwriters, and cross-functional teams. The role is also responsible for providing insights to senior leadership and various branch, industry, and LOB managers on Chubb performance and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and/or sales enablement, leveraging data and analytics to support and drive growth. Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry is strongly preferred.

      Responsibilities:

      • Implement Branch Sales Enablement Strategy & Drive Pipeline Tactics:
        • Work with Chief Revenue Officer and Pilot branches to establish a template for pipeline management that includes prospecting, target creation, and target engagement
        • Deploy template branch by branch to ensure consistency and rigor in CI’s identification of and engagement in activities supporting target account solicitation/conversion
        • Identify and report on branch, regional, and national reporting on KPIs to support these efforts on a go-forward basis: including target creation, targets per UW, target conversion, etc.

      • Lead Market Penetration Reporting & Establish Best Practices for Engaging the Market
        • Drive Industry Practice utilization of MarketVision for Commercial Insurance. Prepare quarterly updates on market penetration and distribute/engage with leadership to discuss findings.
        • Establish and execute tactics in coordination with Regional and Branch-level CI Managers and IP leaders to engage on “white space” in the market; specifically accounts where we have no knowledge of agency control
        • Create KPIs for tracking improvement in white space penetration

      • Launch New Business Intelligence Reporting Capability
        • Data Analytics will launch new BI-gathering tools that will create a windfall of market intelligence. Lead CI’s efforts in gathering this data, developing analyses, and engaging with leaders and managers at every level to highlight concerns/opportunities/etc.
        • Using a mix of various data sources, develop analyses of competitors’ behavior, appetite, differentiators, etc.

      • Support branches and IP Leaders on any ad hoc prospecting, targeting, or reporting initiatives

      Qualifications

      Education and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related field
      • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or related support role
      • Proven experience analyzing data and using insights to communicate results and/or opportunities to business partners

      Knowledge and Skills:

      • In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including market dynamics and customer segmentation
      • Working knowledge of revenue management systems and data visualization tools.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      The pay range for the role is $117,000 to $189,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
