- Maintains associated infrastructure to ensure accurate and current data is available in productivity tools
- Maintains productivity training resources and collaborates with Group Productivity resources to provide training
- Continuously monitors productivity performance using recognized tools and software
- Develops, oversees and improves operations, policies, systems and procedures necessary to support enterprise utilization goals
- Directs standardization of operational policies and procedures across LifePoint as appropriate
- Ensures the delivery of consistent and accurate management reporting to accelerate decision making
- Collaborates with Operations Support during budget planning
- Partners with Human Resources on the oversight of agency staff utilization
- Primary contact for all facilities on productivity related tools and systems
- Coordinates labor statistics data capture with HSC departments
- Reviews statistics in regard to contract metrics and objectives to ensure solutions meet and/exceed requirements;
- Ensures adherence to project deliverables, timelines, project costs, and timely implementation of workforce applications;
- Identifies opportunities to share best practices across the enterprise regarding workforce management, productivity, staffing and skill mix initiatives

The AVP, Workforce Management within Health Support Center (HSC) Operations is responsible for the deployment, execution and communication of Workforce Management enterprise initiatives. Identifies enterprise productivity opportunities and communicates recommended solutions appropriately with HSC Leadership. Implements standard processes and productivity tools to ensure consistency across the company. Collaborates with Operations Support during the annual budget process. The AVP, Workforce Management will work with HSC Operations leadership, Group Operations Productivity Resources and Executive Management and will be focused on overall standardization of productivity and staffing analytics.

!*!KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS , and ABILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of related hospital operations or labor management experience.
Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
