Job Description
- Req#: 25-59229
- Experience deploying production cloud networking and infrastructure solutions while adhering to industry-standard DevOps principles.
- Experience handling SaaS and/or On-prem applications for a large customer base.
- ServiceNow Experience, working with the vulnerability response module, ticket triage, building dashboards.
- Experience with one or more of the public cloud providers e.g., AWS, Azure or GCP, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration management tools: Ansible
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Ability to mentor junior engineers on the team, provide technical direction, perform design/code reviews, and champion engineering best practices.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Linux and bash scripting.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation or other)
- Experience with Splunk deployment, configuration, operations, and troubleshooting
- Experience developing Splunk dashboards
Title: AWS Cloud Engineer
Duration:6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location: Candidate should be based out in EST and CST time zone only(Current position is remote but should be ready to travel to San Jose, CA as and when required)
