      Position: AD/Entra ID Architect L3/L4 (12years +)

      Skillset:

      Proven experience in implementing and managing automated JML processes, preferably with Microsoft Entra ID.

      Strong technical expertise in Azure AD, Entra ID provisioning services, and PowerShell scripting.

      Experience with HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and understanding of HR processes related to joiners, movers, and leavers.

      Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for task assignment and ticket management.

      Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

      Responsibility:

      Implement and manage the automated JML process using Microsoft Entra ID provisioning services.

      Replace current CPI with modern success factor-Azure AD (Entra ID) sync.

      Replace current PowerShell scripts for on-prem AD group management with dynamic Entra ID groups.

      Grant SaaS access via App provisioning with dynamic cloud groups.

      Work closely with the project manager, Speira project team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and coordination of the project.

      Conduct assessments and analyses to understand the current environment and prepare for the implementation of the Entra ID JML process.

      Participate in planning and discovery workshops to gather information on in-scope applications and design the automated JML process.

      Validate and finalize HR JML attributes, mapping, and clean-up readiness for both UAT/Test and Prod environments.

      Prepare and execute UAT and Prod testing for the JML process, ensuring all scenarios are covered and signed off by stakeholders.

      Coordinate with Speira stakeholders for sign-off and clearance to move into production.

      Manage knowledge transfer sessions and ensure organizational change management processes are followed.

      Support the project during the Hyper Care phase to address any post-implementation issues.
