Good to have PowerBI Desktop Reporting/Visualization, PowerApps, Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Architecture and Modeling:
o Design and implement scalable and efficient data models.
o Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes:
o Build and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Data Integration:
o Implement solutions for seamless integration of data across different systems and platforms.
o Ensure data consistency and accuracy during integration processes.
• Data Processing and Analysis:
o Develop and optimize algorithms for data processing and analysis.
o Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on advanced analytics solutions.
• Cloud Platform Expertise:
o Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud platform services.
o Utilize Azure services for data storage, processing, and analytics.
• Data Security and Compliance:
o Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
o Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Performance Optimization:
o Monitor and optimize database and query performance for large-scale datasets.
o Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and software engineers.
o Understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Documentation:
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, processes, and solutions.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud platform services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
• Proficient in ETL processes and tools.
• Advanced SQL and programming skills (e.g., Python, Scala).
• Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in relevant Azure technologies are a plus.
