      What success looks like in this role:

      As Senior Engineer Specialized in Azure Virtual Desktop Technology - you are expected to - Deploy and configure Azure Virtual Desktop environments based on the defined architecture.
      Set up virtual machines, session hosts, and associated infrastructure components.
      Ensure seamless integration with existing on-premises or cloud-based systems.
      Implement and maintain security measures to protect AVD environments.
      Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
      Troubleshooting and Support:
      Diagnose and resolve issues related to AVD performance, connectivity, and user experience.
      Provide technical support to end-users and address any AVD-related problems.
      Automation and Scripting:
      Develop automation scripts for repetitive tasks, using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
      Streamline deployment processes and enhance efficiency through automation

      Monitor AVD environments for performance bottlenecks and resource utilization.
      Optimize configurations to improve overall system performance.
      Documentation:

      Help wtih documentation for AVD environments, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

      You will be successful in this role if you have:

      In addition to Mandatory Education Qualificaiton below - AVD Senior Engineer should have Qualifications in

      Azure Virtual Desktop

      PowerShell scripting

      Windows Virtual Desktop

      Virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V)

      Networking concepts and protocols

      Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

      Strong communication and collaboration skill

      • Computer Science/EE undergraduate degree, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge. • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience within a software or systems engineering organization with high level expertise in a specific solution/technology. • Understand Product Life Cycle management in a systems engineering environment, with focus on agile methodologies. • Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographical regions • Ability to communicate task, requirements, design information with clients • Knowledge of Engineering Concepts • Proactive, analytical and capable of influencing and providing decision support • Team Player, leader and mentor. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over English language
