      B2B Collections (Voice) Roles!

      Education and Eligibility Criteria: -

      Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).

      Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.

      Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance preferred

      Will need to match US Hours – Night Shift.

      Work Location: Gurgaon(Vartika park)


      Job Description:

      B2B Collections Team member :

      Work experience: 1-8 years

      Prior International voice experience – B2B/B2C Collections.

      Calling for payment on overdue invoices for buckets in scope

      Doing maintenance on the account

      Handling accounts / payment queries from accounts payable team

      Interaction with other teams - billing, originations etc.

      Payment application

      Handling disputes and resolution

      Invoice reconciliation - Pre bills, Credit rebills, Invoice splitting, PO change, Adjustments as per scope.

      B2B Collections Team Leader :

      Work Experience: 5-9 years

      Prior Team leading experience in a international voice center.

      Oversight on the team and ensuring daily BAU

      Review and resolve issues.

      Meeting KPIs and client defined targets.

      Training and coaching on floor

      Quality and feedback for team members for driving performance.

      Process Improvement and increasing efficiencies

      Communication with internal and external stakeholders

      B2B Collections Quality Analyst :

      Work Experience: 4-9 years

      Good understanding of OTC Lifecycle, B2B Business

      Prior experience of doing quality assessments for international voice work

      Good Communication & Presentation Skills - speaking and writing skills.

      Moderate Excel proficiency

      Good understanding of 7 six sigma tools of quality – preparing histograms, 80/20 analysis, fish bone, call quality and transaction quality attributes.

      B2B Collections Delivery leader :

      Work Experience: 8-13 years

      Complete understanding of OTC Lifecycle - upstream and downstream functions.- Collections, Billing, Credit, MDM, Cash Aps and Reporting.

      Good Communication & Presentation Skills - speaking and writing skills.

      Managing Client relationship

      Oversight on team leaders, review and issue resolution.

      Ensuring teams meet client defined and internal targets - KPIs , SLAs

      Potential risks identification and management

      Meet the operational, functional and business objectives required by the contract and provide a profitable interaction
