Job Description
- Req#: R-131725
- Delivery of high-quality content and social assets
- Schedule management of the social media calendar, aligned to Workplace, Health and Protection campaigns and wider Aviva activity
- Performance reporting, analytics, trends, test and learn and optimisation
- Audience profiling, developing personas and targeting B2B audiences
- Work closely with the wider B2B marketing teams to deliver integrated cross-channel campaigns
- Previous B2B marketing experience and excellent communication skills, including writing for web and social platforms
- Previous experience of utilising LinkedIn and Twitter as a B2B Marketing tool
- Good eye for detail and the ability to analyse performance data from social channels
- Knowledge of corporate / pensions markets would be an advantage
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Starting salary between £40,000 and £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

B2B Social Media Manager
Location: Bristol, York
Salary £40,000 - £45,000
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B Social Media Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great job for someone who has previous experience and is proficient in utilising LinkedIn as a marketing tool.
You’ll join a team of friendly and performance driven social media professionals who can turn results and insights into action, whilst enhancing your career working for one of the UK’s leading Insurance, Wealth and Retirement businesses.
A bit about the job:
The person in this role will bring our workplace pensions, Group protection and Group Healthcare offerings to life through paid and organic social media strategy. You will build social media strategies to meet business and marketing objectives, work with the team to build high quality content and creative and measure performance to continually optimise results.
