- Managing orders and following up on processes and agreements.
- Enriching and maintaining the CRM package with customer data.
- Collecting market information and processing it into reports.
- Liaising with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Assisting with the preparation and collection of documents.
- Maintaining contact with departments, account managers, and customers to ensure an optimal business process and customer satisfaction.
- An energetic, proactive work attitude.
- Flexibility and a "no 9 to 5" mentality.
- At least a completed Business Administration Bachelor's degree.
- A strong character with excellent conversational skills.
- Resilience to changes and the ability to stay stress-free.
- Fluency in English.
- A sense of responsibility and the ability to act as an ambassador for Eurofins.
