What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the collection process for Network Fleet, telemetric, regulated, and former MCI large business accounts
- Process disconnects, suspensions, and restorations on accounts
- Draft and negotiate settlements for legal matters
- Handle various files for write-off processing
- Manage inbound calls throughout the day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
