Bright Horizons at Home are recruiting flexible and passionate Back-up Care Nannies to join our wonderful team providing in-home childcare!

All of our Nannies undergo Bright Horizons at Home training to ensure our families need(s) are fully met, and you will also have access to a state of the art app, giving you full control of your work schedule, as well as support from our experienced team.
What you’ll be doing
· Provide care for our clients’ employee’s children on an ad-hoc basis - with Parent’s requesting care either on a daily basis or for weeks at a time!
· Engaging children across a variety of age ranges in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development
· Supervise the children throughout the day, ensuring their safety
· Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times

What we’re looking for
.Qualified to Level 2 or above
· A passion for working and caring for children of all ages
· Previous experience of two years or more working with children (Nanny, Childminder, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant or similar)
· Ability to use a variety of techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adults
· Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
· Ability to be flexible and adaptable – embracing working with different people and families
