      Job Title: Backend Software Developer (C#/.NET | AWS)
      Location: Hybrid (Local preferred) — In-office Mondays & Tuesdays | CST Hours
      Pay rate : $32.00/hr. on W2

      Overview:
      We’re looking for a Backend-focused Software Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining critical backend services and infrastructure, working in a hybrid environment that blends on-prem and cloud solutions. If you’re a backend pro with a passion for scalable, secure systems and a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#/.NET

      • Build and support cloud infrastructure using AWS services like Cognito, EC2, S3, ECS, CloudWatch, Grafana, and System Manager/Parameter Store

      • Manage background processing jobs via Hangfire

      • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Octopus Deploy

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

      • Work with MS SQL Server for data storage and querying

      • Utilize Visual Studio Pro or JetBrains IDEs

      • Operate within a hybrid architecture (on-prem & cloud)

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Local to the area or willing to work from the office at least Mondays and Tuesdays

      • Comfortable with a flexible 8-hour workday between 7am–5pm CST

      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools

      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed
